Clear guidance for starting and using Delivery Pro.
Getting started
Create an account, choose Solo Driver or Company, then import a route using PDF, CSV, Excel or a Delivery Pro template.
Importing files
Use Universal Import for your own file or download a ready template. Review detected columns and stops before saving.
Navigation
Choose Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze or Ask Every Time. Always verify addresses and follow road-safety rules.
Delivery results
Mark stops Delivered, Failed or Skipped and add photos, signature, GPS, COD, products, recipient and notes where required.
Offline mode
Previously loaded routes and results remain available offline. New login and external online navigation may require internet.
Company features
Invite drivers, assign multiple routes, review company reports and export CSV data.
Company Plan and driver seats
How many drivers are included?
The Company Plan includes up to 5 active driver seats.
What if I need more than 5 drivers?
Additional active driver seats are charged separately at the current Solo Driver rate.
What happens when a driver leaves?
Remove the driver and the seat becomes available for another employee. You do not need to purchase the same seat again.
